Big Body Truck Co. is a vehicle manufacturing company that is focusing on allowing the everyday DIYer convert their truck into a flatbed truck for better 4x4 capabilities. In 2023 I was contracted to design their Logo and Brand identity, through several discovery workshops and strategy meetings I was able to create several drafts and collaboratively refine into one concept.

Big Body's Vision
Big Body aimed to embody the Do-It-Yourself ethos synonymous with their brand. Their goal was to distinguish themselves in a market saturated with mountain ranges and sparks, paying homage to fabrication and exploration. The logo was designed to be modular and impactful even in a single-letter form, ensuring versatility across various applications, including laser engraving as small as 0.25 inches.
Market Research
Following the initial client meeting, I sought information on direct competitors and identified additional players in the field to enhance our distinctiveness in the flatbed market.
Visual Inspiration
This was used to serve as a visual aid to ensure the direction of were we wanted to go with the branding during our meeting.
